This month, we filmed our very first commercial! It’s all about showing how ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) give families more flexibility, more options, and more ways to stay connected. We’ll be launching it officially next month—stay tuned!
Welcome to the Kinstruct Family
We’re excited to welcome Rick and Anne, who just kicked off a custom detached ADU build on their son’s property. Their project includes a one-car garage, and thanks to New Hampshire’s HB 577, the approval process has never been smoother.
Spotlight on HB 577
Last month, we covered utilities. This month, we’re highlighting how HB 577 changes the rules on who can live in an ADU. Before, only relatives could live in an ADU. Now, anyone can live there—making ADUs perfect for multi-generational living or rental income. Homeowners may still need to live on the property, but now they can choose either the main house or the ADU.
Celebrating Lucy
Our unofficial mascot, Lucy, turned two this month! She celebrated in style with a pup cup and plenty of love from the team.

In the Community
We attended the official bill signing of HB 577 with Governor Ayotte.
Our Director of Operations completed a 48-mile ride for cancer research, helping raise over $12,000 for Dana-Farber through the Pan Mass Challenge.

Project Updates
Completed: Our Deerfield project wrapped up this month—a beautiful 1,000 sq. ft. detached ADU with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Take the virtual tour online to see the finished build.
Under Construction:
Raymond – Framing and initial plumbing/electrical are complete; drywall is next.
Dover – Framing and roofing finished just in time for rainy weather.
Concord – Multi-generational ADU project is moving forward; progress photos coming next month.
New Build: Breaking ground in Pembroke! This project will feature an attached garage with an ADU above it.
Thinking About a 2026 Build?
Now is the time to get started! Winter is perfect for design, septic, survey, and permitting work so we can break ground first thing in the spring.
