Exciting news on the tiny home front! NH House Bill 577—designed to expand accessory dwelling units (ADUs) by right, allow detached units, and increase maximum square footage—has officially passed the House of Representatives! Next stop: the Senate. If it clears this hurdle, it will go before the Governor. This bill could be a game-changer for homeowners looking to add ADUs without the red tape. We’ll keep you posted! In the meantime, remember that ADUs are still allowed state-wide! Your local town has their own zoning regulations and we’re here to help you navigate those.

What a weekend! We had an amazing time at last week’s Home Show, where nearly 4,000 attendees stopped by, and we answered dozens of questions about Accessory Dwelling Units. The enthusiasm for ADUs and tiny living was incredible, and we loved chatting with so many of you about the future of flexible, affordable housing. We even made it onto WMUR!
